For most roles, you'll receive your first shortlist within 48–72 hours of briefing us. For bulk hiring (50+ positions), we typically deploy within 5–7 business days.
What is your replacement guarantee?
If any placed candidate leaves within 30 days of joining (for reasons within our control), we replace them free of charge — no questions asked.
